What is Price?

Price is the exchange rate of an item expressed in money. If there is no price, there is no money. Price/value is divided into two, namely:

  1. Subjective Value - an estimate of a good or service that will be bought and sold. Usually, this subjective value is based on the opinions and views of each seller.
  2. Objective Value/Market Price - the price agreed upon by the seller and the buyer, the cost of goods or production costs, the selling price. In other words, this objective value is based on the data obtained.
Consumer and Producer Prices
  • Consumers: the more stock there is, the cheaper the item to buy
  • Producers: the more goods, the more expensive the goods sold so that the goods are produced a little (limited edition). Because the producers will continue to make a profit.
What are the Factors Causing Price Differences?
  1. Distribution Distance
  2. Availability of goods
  3. Differences in Needs
  4. Competition
One of the economic problems in Indonesia:

The price of eggs being sold is decreasing and chicken food is increasing. Egg breeders and sellers lose and throw away all their eggs.

With this, the government takes action by collecting all the eggs and then distributing them to places where eggs are more needed, such as bakeries. After the price of eggs stabilized, the government slowly let go.

The government has also made efforts to help the economy by selling local products abroad at low prices. After a lot of sales and "stamped" well by foreign citizens, the government will raise the price of these products.

What is a Market?

The market is the process of the supply and demand transaction for a good or service.

    1. Distribution function
    2. Price Forming Functions
Without an agreement, the sellers can set a selling price that is approximately the same as other sellers, although it can change every day. It depends on who provides food to the seller. Surely later the sellers will be able to resell it with a price increase that is not that big.
    3. Function of Promotion Facilities
Simply display it at the seller's place, other people can already see the product

ICT ~ Things That Need To Pay Attention To In Writing Blog

Source: https://www.lyfemarketing.com/blog/what-is-a-blog-website/

Things that need our attention when we create a blog:

  1. Stages
  2. Technique

If we want to make a big impact, use big pictures. Because unconsciously it is certain that in the end we will see this and have an impact on us. If we want to make our blogs impact other people, then we have to bring in more effort.

A. Steps to Pay Attention to

  1. Plan - content, structure, and resources
  2. Write - write down what was planned in advance. Pay attention to punctuation and provide descriptions (captions) to images or videos to make our blog interesting to read. When finished, save it first.
  3. Re-checking (Review) - reread and fix something before publication
  4. Publish - ask readers to provide criticism and suggestions. If there are mistakes, fix them again so that the blog will be better

B. Technical Matters That Need Attention

  • Use Heading and Sub-Heading
  • Use Align Left
  • Use a standard font
  • Use numbers or bullets for specific points
  • Use 4 to 5 sentences in one paragraph
  • Include pictures and videos to support your opinion
  • Enter a description below the image/video used
  • Include the source under the paragraph

If we really care, then we'll take action. These actions will lead us to grow. We are God's creation who have a duty. Therefore, we will invite others to grow together and change this world for the better.

Physical Education - Wastes

When people litter, the garbage can go into the ditch and clog the gutter. Therefore, when heavy rains hit, the water will overflow along with the garbage onto the streets, causing flooding. In addition, the garbage that is left alone can pool the water, and cause a lot of larvae to breed. This causes the risk of dengue fever to be even higher. Besides, the garbage that is dumped carelessly will be buried with soil. Because garbage cannot mix with the soil, the soil cannot absorb water well.

The state will increasingly spend money to solve the scattered garbage problems. If there isn't a lot of trash scattered about, the government doesn't need to hire people to clean it up, and state money can be more useful for helping people in distress.

Now an alternative has been found, namely bio pores to help overcome various problems in society. Biopores or infiltration holes have been made to treat organic waste and absorb water properly so that it can help prevent flooding.

What is the danger of plastic being in a garbage dump?

As more trash comes in, it gets compressed by other trash. Rainwater flows through the waste and absorbs the water-soluble compounds it contains and some of those are highly toxic. Together, they create a harmful stew called leachate which can move into groundwater, soils, and streams that poison ecosystem and harm wildlife.

Where does the plastic end up?

Plastics could flow from the river to into the ocean. It will slowly be drawn into a massive vortex where trash accumulates. It’s called the great pacific garbage patch. Also, it will bring by a truck to a plant and squeezed or compressed into a block. These blocks are shredded into tiny pieces that are washed and melted so they become the raw materials that can be reused.

Focus on smaller changes you can make easily before you tackle the more difficult steps of your eco-friendly resolution. Here are some easy and small changes you can make in your everyday life to help live a more eco-friendly lifestyle:

  1. Eat Less Meat
  2. Use Paper Less and Recycle
  3. Use Canvas Bags Instead of Plastic
  4. Start A Compost or Bin
  5. Purchase The Right Light Bulb (CFL and LED)
  6. Choose Cloth Over Paper
  7. Cut Down on Energy in Your Home
  8. Borrow Instead of Buying
  9. Reduce Water Waste
  10. Recycling a Car
Biblical Studies - God's Creation (group discussion)

Read Genesis 1: 1-31, then discuss and answer the following questions:

1. What is God's purpose for creating the universe and humans?
2. Why did God create the universe and man in stages?
3. How is the quality of God's work based on the reading?
4. How does God maintain the quality of his work?

Answer:
  1. The purpose is that creations like God's universe can be properly cared for by humans.
  2. So that when humans have been created, humans can meet their needs from the nature that God has created previously. If not, then everything that God created will not develop properly.
  3. It is very good.
  4. God does it with a sincere heart because God sees that everything He does is good.
