1. PRODUCTION 

What is a production activity?

     Production is creating/adding to the use of a good or service so that it is more useful in meeting needs. Production factors are the key to ongoing production activities.

• The word "create" means making something new which is never found out before.

example: unknown/non-existent drone > drone creation

• The word "add utility" is an addition to an existing form or quality.

example: wheat > processed into bread

   Production activities can be carried out in urban and rural areas. Urban production is more about creating, and more independent of, natural resources. Meanwhile, village production is more directed towards natural resources. Therefore, it forms a buying and selling interaction to meet human needs.

2. DISTRIBUTION

What is distribution?

     Distribution is an activity carried out by a person or an agency to deliver goods or services from producers to consumers. Distribution activities at this time have been assisted by transportation such as aircraft and ships.

3. CONSUMPTION

What is consumption?

    Consumption is an activity that aims to reduce or spend the use of a good or service in order to meet needs.

• The word "reduce" means to reduce the quality or function of an object.
• The word "spent" means using a good or service continuously until it runs out.

Here are some factors that influence consumption levels

• Culture / habits
• Wealth
• Income
• Motivation
• Gender
• etc.

    Blogs are a powerful tool that can affect many people. When people read a blog, people will not only focus on the blog but who wrote the blog. Therefore, we also have to be responsible when we want to publish something through a blog.

Why should we be able to influence others?

• It is our responsibility to tell others about Allah and all He does.
• This is a reminder to us that God is involved in everything.
• It is a tool as an expression of our gratitude to God for His love and mercy.

Then, how do we influence others?

• Know yourself and reflect on your lives (start point)
• Serving God and those around us (humans and the environment)
• Equipping with knowledge and skills (tools)

    At present, the city of Manado is being hit by natural disasters such as floods and landslides. A flood is an event where water overflows and soaks the ground surface. The flood that occurred caused many victims to have to clean their houses from mud and garbage, people began to be alert, the environment became dirty, diseases were more easily spread, etc. There was an incident where a landslide occurred, which caused many victims and disturbed many residents, especially those who drove.

    

    Floods can be caused by days of heavy rain, littering, excessive felling of trees, etc. While the cause of landslides is heavy rain where the soil has absorbed a lot of water.

    One of the elements present in plastics is synthetic polymers. The properties of synthetic polymers are lightweight, durable, and easy to shape. Plastics are already a big problem for the world and have a bad impact on the environment and existing ecosystems, especially on animals.

    Plastics have an impact on marine ecosystems today. When these plastics have been washed into the sea, they will turn into microplastics. Microplastic is when the plastic is exposed to UV radiation, which will then destroy the tiny particles and will stay in the water forever. Because these tiny particles make marine animals consume plastic. It is estimated that plastics will have greater amounts than fish by 2050. Today, many animals are starving to death with their stomachs full of plastic waste. The proof is that 90% of seabirds have eaten plastic, and there is a whale that swallowed 32 kg of plastic.

    Even worse, it turns out that it also has an impact on humans. When we consume seafood products, there is a high probability that the food we consume contains plastic because the animal has previously consumed plastic. The reason plastics are being eliminated is that plastic substitutes are not very safe and they produce low carbon dioxide emissions.

    In addition, plastics can be used again after undergoing the crushing process. After crushing, the plastic will be processed and can make new products.

   In living life, we need to build relationships. Here are the relationships that we apply in our daily life.

1. Vertikal - the relationship we build with God. Relationship with Allah affects all aspects of our relationship with everyone. When we have a good relationship with Allah, we will also have a good lifestyle in Him. The lifestyle we do is like praying, praising, and worshiping Him. Relationship with God is the key to all the relationships we have. Therefore, when we have a good relationship with God, all the relationships we live in will be good.
2. Internal - relationship with ourselves, where we are grateful for ourselves so that we can continue to be confident in all situations. We must believe that we are the image and likeness of God. Then, we will not feel inferior to our condition and we do not want to be like other people.
3. Horizontal - relationships with people around us. We can treat others well, just like ourselves. It all can be shown through the words and deeds that we show them.
4. Environmental - relationship with the environment around us. We can express this by taking good care of the environment such as disposing of garbage in its place, minimizing the use of plastic, etc.

    The Bible wants us to live in God's orientation. Today many of us live according to worldly orientations. We often do worldly things because we think of ourselves as the truest, most important, best, and most valuable.

    

Matthew 11: 28-30

    People who live in God's orientation will find peace of mind. We must make Christ the example in our life. God will be with us in all situations and conditions if we live in Him. A lifestyle that is oriented towards God will lead us to continue to glorify Him.

Art - Waste Material Crafts

   Human creativity that is scattered in various local environments becomes a craft that has a function such as decoration that shows an attitude that glorifies God.

The principle of Waste Material Craft is to apply the 3R principle, which will help solve the environmental problem of all existing waste.

• Reduce

         - Activities to reduce the use of materials that can damage the environment.

 Example: Limiting the use of tissue paper with a handkerchief, and reading online newspapers.   

• Reuse

         - Activities to reuse waste that can still be used for the same function or for other functions.

 Example: Reusing plastic containers as an organizer.

• Recycle:

         - Activities to recycle waste or garbage items.

Example: The easiest thing to do is to recycle organic waste at home, use plastic bottles of drinking water as plant pots, and also recycle used paper to become new paper again.

• COLLAGE is an artistic composition made from various materials such as cloth, paper, and wood, which are affixed to the surface of an image.
• MOZAIK is a field decoration art with colored hard material arranged and affixed with adhesive.
• MONTAGES are images resulting from mixing elements from several sources.
